I have been a loyal customer to QVC and purchased many items from this company.

I was late in payment but made arrangements to pay off the entire account.

After QVC received my payment they owed me reimbursement of an overpayment on the account. They proceeded to close my account.

This could be a blessing in disguise because I will now tell the public about the practices of QVC.
