I received a threating letter captioned "FILE UNDER REVIEW" from RCMB, Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc COLLECTION AGENCY, dated December 7, account# 010004747*, stating "We have benn authorized to contact you regarding your past due account with our client, National Review, for magazines that you purchased in the amount of $19.95. &etc." I have not subscribed to National Review and have not received any issues of National Review, nor have I received any corespondence from National Review stating that I owed them any money for a subscription.in my opinion this is a mail fraud scam. Apparently this company has committed this kind of scam multiple times and based on other internet reports it has a reputation for unethical and probably illegal practices. Many people, especialy senior citizens or very busy people will fall pry to this scare tactic and pay wtihout questionaning the validity of the claim.
