RIPOFF wrongfully billed, changed plan added numbers

Verizon wireless is the worst company ever. I've been a customer for 3 years. I recently extended my contract and added someone on my plan that was with a competitor. This was in Dec 04' since then I have been charged with two early termination fees! My number was disconnected during christmas. I had no way of talking with my family, I called customer service with those idiots informing me that I requested my phone to be turned off.

Why would I have my phone turned off when i just renewed my plan DUMBASS? Since then I have ran into one problem after another. The latest is that my new bill Sept 05' is 480.00 dollars. I called customer servive with "Shawn" giving me an attitude and trying to cange my plan telling me i went over my minutes. I have the family shared plan with a 1000 minutes, free nights and weekends. "Shawn" told me i only have a plan with 500 shared minutes. There is no winning with a big company like this. I hope the C.E. O and the other fat cats run into legal problems and get put-away in the slammer ony to get screwed because they have been screwing us for way too long!!
