Ripoff Took unauthorized money from my bank account

Noticed that $225.00 was taken from my checking account. We DID NOT authorize this. I have no idea how they got our banking info. It was not given to them. My wife called and talked to Frang Unger on 9-15-05. He said he did not know why without our approval that the money would have been taken out. He assured her that it would be put back in on 9-16-05. On 9-16-05 the money was not in the account. Once again my wife called Frank. He said he would look into it. He later said that he promised it would be in on 9-19-05.

As of 9-19-05 the money was still not in there. She called back once again. He said that it WAS in fact put thru but it must have not posted yet. That was a lie. I called the bank myself and there was no pending deposit. Frank Unger said wait until 9-20-05 and he guaranteed it would show up. Well 9-20-05 is here and it is NOT in the bank. My wife once again called him and he looked into it and said he sees what happened. It was an error on their end. But he said he promised us it would be in there on 9-21-05. I have already made a visit to my Bank and they are now takin care of this. It disturbs me that someone can get into my bankin account so easliy and take money.
