Provides a good cell services, think again! Ripoff Bellevue Washington

If you believe Verizon provides a good cell services, THINK AGAIN.

I bought my Verizon cell phone on 11-04.in the first 2 months, 75% of time in my home office (Cropley Ave, near Milpitas City, CA), phone calls ended with drop lines (disconnected).

I complained to Verizon office. They had tried numeral ways to help, but still useless. Since they were not able to help me, I asked them to replace my phone with different types of phone, THEY REFUSED. I asked them to just simply cancel the contract (let me go), THEY REFUSED.

The company (Oakland Road, San Jose) I work has very weak connectivity as well. Most of the time, we are forced to disconnect the Verizon cell phone and use landline to talk.

In the past eight months, Verizon has numerous software patches (to enhance the reception), none of them helped me!

Verizon salespeople also told me that I'm not the only person (complaint of no connection).in many cities, New York city alike, have weak connectivity corners and encounter drop lines all the time! I told Verizon salespeople that I'll tell all my friends not to use Verizon wireless. They said that I certainly have a right to do an anti-ad just as Verizon has a right to do ad. That's what I'm doing to express to my 1000 FRIENDS. Please forward to your friends as well. Hopefully, Verizon can WAKE UP, learn, and improve with their connection.

Now, I have contract with Verizon and cannot cancel the contract. It's a nightmare. What can I do?

So, please be careful. Verizon cell phone may be a NIGHTMARE for you as well.
