Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

This company withdrew #59.85 from my checking account without authorization. The account was cancelled immediately and should have never been charged, but was chared 3 more times ($19.95 each time).

I called and spoke with "Jenni" who claimed to by the Customer Service Supervisor, and also stated there was no one above her that I could speak with. She was very rude and said that she had no record of it being cancelled and therefore could not refund my money.

So it was her word against mine and guess who won? What a rackett! Anyone could say that at any bogus operation!
