Rip-off! Dishonest! Fraudulent billing!

I tentatively signed up for the vacations package over the phone. A couple of hours later I called in and cancelled (I spoke with a live person and he assured me that it was cancelled.) My account was charged the initial sign up cost of $119 and have been charged $19.95 4 months in a row even though I've called in several times and cancelled with an obviously bogus automated system. Finally yesterday I spoke with a live person once again and he has assured me that the account is cancelled (he did so with a maddening indifferent attitude) and gave me the address above to write the Refund Department.
