Ripoff, This company is charging me for a tecnition that i didn't ask for

About 6 months ago there was a prolem with my telephone. I called the company and i asked what was the problem and they said that they would call me back to tell me what was the problem, and they asked for my cell phone number. We weren't at home for 2 days and when we came back we found a note from the tecnition.

The company never called to tell me what was the problem, and my husbend had told them before that he didn't want them to send a tecnition over, because we were renting the house. They charged us $46 dollars and we stayed without a phoneline for 5-6 days. We have called the company various times and they tell us that they are going to verify what had happend, and they never give us a reson why they had sent over a tecnition but they charch us even more.
