Company ripoff

Cartel is a moving company I sent a deposit to for moving my things. I have asked for a refund in the amount of 100.00. I send them lots of business from my business so I didn't think I would have a problem getting a refund if my closing didn't happen on the house I was buying.

Well it did not happen and I asked for a refund. Many calls have been called to tanisha who was handling my account. Every time I call she says I'll call you back, then I call back in a few days and the same thing. I'll call you back. On the first conversation she said it won't be a problem. Now it's a problem I guess. I sent a lot of people to cartell moving company, and then they treat me like this!
