Debit the money from my account but never mailed any items RIpoff

I placed my order in March my wedding date was April 23. I did not receive my gifts that was for the parents.

I called everyday from work and was even placed on hold for 45 mins. I sent them three different emails and never got a reply. I spoke to someone by the name of Debra who from my understanding is the owner.
She told me she would take care of this matter. She said that she was having some problems with DHL and she was now using a different shipping co and the order should be received by that Friday. NO ITEMS ON FRIDAY.

She never called me back and every time I called for her she was never able to come to the phone. Today is now June 26th and still no refund or no items.
