Rip off My yard is in ruins and now must be either tilled over and reseeded, dethatched, or sodded

Landscape Designs Seeded my yard with rye, hay, and tall fescue. Once the rye died off, my yard was left full of thatch consisting of hay. She inconpleted the grading and leveling with topsoil. One tree stump was not ground down as contracted. My yard is in ruins and now must be either tilled over and reseeded, dethatched, or sodded.

Landscape Designs had been performing lawn service for me, i.E., cutting my grass, weed eating, for a couple of months. Then I decided to contract for landscaping. Concurrently, I had TruGreen Chem Lawn providing chemical application service to my lawn which she was aware. My contract with Landscape Design included the addition of topsoil to my lawn, application of tall fescue seed, another area of the lawn was to be graded, and I had 5 trees requiring grinding. Hay was added to hold the new seed in place to prevent from washing away with watering and rain.

In a few weeks I had an initially beautiful lawn and she even remarked how better it turned out that she expected. However, once the heat of summer came, the grass died out, and now I am left with thatch hay and mostly weeds. Her crew came one day to cut my grass I thought before it needed to be cut, and they seemed annoyed when I stopped them from the work.

I called her, and she came to my home and told them to not cut it. The crew seemed disgruntled. After that day she never returned to cut my grass. I received a lawn mower as a gift for Christmas and started cutting my grass.

One day I called her and left her a message on her cell phone (her only method of contact) saying I wanted to talk with her about my lawn, she never returned my phone call. Then one day a Darrell Favors came to my home, my neighbor, and offered his lawn services which I am very satisfied. I have researched my options: till my lawn and reseed, dethatch and seed, or sodd. I've been ripped off.
