Ripoff took the money in a hurry and never sent the products

My wife and I purchased wedding gifts for our wedding party and family on March 2 and have yet to recieve them (we are having the big wedding on May 7th). They said that their orders usually ship in 4-5 business days and add an extra 7 business days if they are being personalized.

Foreverwedstore.com took their money on March 7th. We have tried numerous times to contact them by all the means they have and after many of calls (you have to leave a message) and many of e-mails they finally contacted us once. They gave us excuses. They said that they were short staffed and she was even staying late to answer everyones e-mails.

She then proceeded to tell me that our order was to be processed and put in shipping in 5 days. About three weeks later-NOTHING. We have attempted to e-mail and call them again and what a surprise, NOTHING! They took $233.00 from us and left us empty handed. Now we have no gifts and no money to buy more gifts for our family and friends who have helped us out so much for this wedding-which is in 2 and a half weeks.
