Take the money and make you wait and wonde

Lowe's provides very poor service, hire very good lairs. I purchased a new garage door and installation on 5/23. I was told the door was in stock and it will take seven to ten days to deliver. Ok thats fine.

Now the installer will call and set a date to come out. Ok cool. Sure he calls and says your install date is 6/19 @12:00. I ask if he can come any sooner. He says no I have already over booked, so i say ok and ask for his phone number. (good thing to do!)

Well, the 15th comes and now its going into the evening so i call the guy and he says hey i don't know what you're talking about i have to move today and hangs up.

WOW!!! Ok now i call Lowe's cause they have my money right.

Well I'm connected to installation and the mang. Tells me Oh No way! I'll send someone out right away we're very sorry and i'll call him and straighten this out. Well I went to the store the next day and was told someone will come out TODAY!

WELL. 5 days later someone showed up and had the nerve to have an attitude about the "extra" job. Point is - Your well paid managers don't do their job either! Maybe that's why they "choose" to stay. I told my husband to go to Home depot.
