Pro Gas And Heat Eddie Lowe
Took my money and did not provide any service

Pro Gas and heating run by Mr. Eddie Lowe was to replace our air conditioner at this office. Original install date was May 8 When they were a no show I was told that there had been a problem in getting the necessary eqipment.

Installation date was then set for another date again they were a no show in an attempt to call them all their phones had been disconnected. I was advised to investigate if this company had gone bankrupt by physically going to their place of business and seeing if there were bankpuptcy notices on the door.
I went there on a sunday afternoon. This business runs out of a converted garage in a residence and mr. Lowe was present gave me the new phone numbers and assured me that everything was scheduled to go ahead on May 28th.
May 28th was another no show.

I could go on with additional dates in 33 degree heat but the most aggravating thing is Mr. Lowes' attitute toward returning money he claims that I am in breach of contract and will not refund. One conversation with Mr. Lowe deteriorated to the point where he told me (and this is witnessed by three of my staff as I had the phone on speaker) " I have already spent your money ($ 3100.00) on something else, I am going through a horrible divorce and have to deal with layers" at that point I discontinued the conversation as it was leading nowhere and I am not interested in Mr. Lowe's personal problems. I have contacted the bbb and know that this company has numerous complaints against it. Also be aware that this company is a numbered company 0841026 dba Pro Gas and Heating.
