Buyer bids and agrees to my auction terms then makes a credit card payment, Emails constantly wanting shipping information? I ship items as advertised parcel post and email to let him know, then he notifies paypal no item received! Oen day after mailing from here? Paypal reverses his approved, credit card payment made by him from my acct! Puts a negative bal.in my paypal acct of $38.00. If that is not blackmail what the hell is! I have provided original shipping receipt by post office proof of shipment, buyer secures no insurance. My auction clearly states if buyer chooses not to insure their item I cannot be held liable once item has been mailed. This is auction interference from paypal as well! I am now outa my $38.00 my vintage items! Paypal sucks and should be investigated by the B.B.B.in CALIFORNIA! No need to say I gave him instant negative feedback and have issued a warning to other ebay members about their revolving criminal door to fraud!!! Heeeeeellp!!!
