Charged back for as-is camera sale, buyer kept the camera

I sold one digital camera through eBay.com online auction on Dec. 18. The item description said "as is" and that it could be returned only if it was DOA.

I accepted payment via paypal.com and sent the camera to the buyer. The buyer was not happy about his purchase and asked to send the camera back to me. I did not agree to take it back because the item was sold as is and was not DOA within 3 days of arrival. The buyer filed a complaint against me on paypal.com on Dec. 18th.

PayPal.com charged me the total amount the buyer paid me on Jan. 18th. PayPal.com keeps sending me notices to pay the amount. The buyer still has the camera.

What should I do in this case? Please help.
