Paypal removes without authorization fund from my account www.ftc. Gov report there too Sacramento

Buyer wanted money back for tapes she purchased without returning the VHS in original condition. She lied to paypal.

Returned the VHS blank, 2 month later, paypal refunded after I told Paypal no refund because of the blank tape.

Unauthorised refund, paypal told my to go and do a Police report and they would revisit the file.

I will not use it for a long time, that will cost them money.

They cant get to my checking account because I reported the fraud to my bank and I cancelled the credit card.

The www.ftc. Gov will investigate again if they receive enough complaints.
