Does not transfer money to you once they have it.internet

Over 2 weeks ago, money was returned in part to me because I overpaid the seller. This was "returned" to me by Paypal. I then transferred the money from Paypal to the checking account from which Paypal takes money from me (without difficulty). Two weeks later and after several ignored emails, the money is nowhere to be found, and Paypal will not respond. Warning: do not use paypal, stick with your credit card company.
