Ripoff

I have been shipping packages for personal and business reasons for many years.in all that time, I have found that UPS is the absolute worst of all the delivery services other than the Post Office.

Today was the last straw for me. I should have known better based on my previous experience with UPS but I was too tired to drive to the Fedex center from where I was with the package. So I drove to the UPS distribution center. I paid for Next Day Delivery by 10:30 AM. It cost me $22.72 (more than what I would pay for the equal package sent by Fedex). The package didn't get delivered until late afternoon. This created a huge problem for my business and I lost money because of it.

That's it for me, UPS will never get another cent from me, and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid them like the plague.

I urge everyone to avoid working with UPS on overnight packages at the very least in order to avoid problems for themselves.
