S harresment over itme returned

We have been cusotmers of this store for several years no problems it all started when got a riding lawn mower we could no longer afford it so called and asked them to pick it up. The lawn mower stayed at my house for 2 months (no payments made) and we called weekly to remind them to pick up item finally after two months they called us and asked why we would not let them come get it and they would have to file theft charges. Finally worked it out and thye picked up lawn mower and the manager blamed it on his employee for not scheduling pu.

Then our dryer broke this winter sent it to be fixed had to order parts so went to Aaron's agin (yes we are suckers) and got a dryer when mine was repaired called for them to PU and they did END OF STORY OH NO they picked up April 5 our next payment was due on April 15 starting April 16 the phone calls at home and work started about our payment being due told them time after time they had dryer. I finally asked for the regional manager or home office and the manager couldn't tell me. They really sent hubby and over the edge when we get a letter in the mail May 5 telling us how bad we are for not making payment Hubby and I went in person to store with letter the manger blamed employee again (nothing is ever his fault) but finally gave us reg manager phone number. I will NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN and I advice you not to totally unprofessional and what scares me is how do they treat bad cusotmers if GOOD customers get treated like this.
