I have also been slammed by this tel. Company john from the customer service dept. 1800 498 3540 admitted that by simply signing up for an entry or just information gives them the right to sign you up for a calling card which incidentally is not a "card" but an "800" number". They in turn charge your local phone company who is innocent -

Many innocent people have been unknowingly charged i have still three months worth of charges that need to be addressed

Pls. Call your phone company call the fcc and file a report - these charges are being charged to innocent people who never never signed up for anything

I am also calling my local tv channels and local papers who will also do a check and expose these people - jim fiumara should know what he inherited if he doesn't already we have a local consumer adovocate who i am contacting also and beleive me she will help solve this problem by alerting the public.

Usbi is just a collection agency they do not have anything to do with freespark or ridley/aka tralee
