Talkmore USA Dba Ridley Telephone Co. / USBI-billed ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I was billed $26.54/month by USBI for 8 months before I noticed the charges under Miscellaneous Charges on my local Telephone Company (Qwest) for a total of $212.32. I call USBI who transfered my call to (I'm assuming) Talkmore/Ridley. I was told they would credit 2 months of the charges to my local Telephone account, and I would have to write them for the rest.

I have no idea if they will actually refund anything, but I'm hoping they will.

I had no idea what the charges were for and I certainly didn't authorize them, but I'm gathering that they were for calling cards and "free" plane tickets.

Seems like a big scam to me.
