Fraudulant charges of $448 charged to our phone from Talkmoreusa.com AKA Ridley Telephone Company Ripoff

After taking over the job to look over our telephone bills, I discovered we had been billed fraudulant charges totaling $448 since September. I immediately teleponed USBI/talkmoreusa.com/Ridley Telephone Company at the number listed on our telephone bill 1-888-472-8724."John" the supervisor authorized 4 months of refund in the amount of $64.56. He stated that he couldn't authorize more than that and I would have to contact the main office at: P.O. Box 1566, Blue Belle PA 19422 AND he couldn't give out their telephone number! I sent TWO certified letters with photocopies of ALL bills and letters stating we had never ordered or used their products. I called "John" again at 1-888-472-8724 listed on the bills after the first certified letter and he said that "corporate" stated in their computer notes, they "responded" to me/us via email and USPS. I notified him I hadn't received ANY communication whatsoever! The second certified letter requested that they telephone us or write a letter to communicate with us AND give us a telephone number to contact them. We have received NO REPLY! They issued a partial refund, why not the rest? Check your phone bills!!! USBI AKA Ridley Telephone Company AKA TalkmoreUSA.com is a BAD, BAD company to deal with and doesn't care to follow through with good business practices!
