Had charges appearing on my local phone bill for Talk More Advantage Plan that I had no idea what they were related to. Charges totaling $31.24

My local phone bill had a toll free # to call listed above. So I called them and after being transfered about three times the third person proceeded to tell me that their computer system was down and he couldn't look at the information and tell me who initiated that service from the internet. I told him I didn't recall ever talking to anyone concerning Talk More Advantage Plan, USBI or Ridley Telephone Co or doing anything on the internet and I think I'm being scammed. He immediatley told me he would have all charges taken off.
