Ripoff phone company owner Mark W Kelly sending fraudulent billing

Somehow this scammer got my name and started a billing on my mother's (???) phone bill. We don't even live in the same house!

I never authorized any kind of billing for anything, especially on my mother's phone bill! I came across this "usacomplaints.com" and found out that Mark W Kelly is also involved with an internet company called Freespark.com. A former consumer (here on the "Rip-off" site) gave an address for Tralee Phone Company as 470 N Town Rd Suite 201, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania 19422. However, I found this address for Freespark.com that looks suspiciously similar — 470 NORRISTOWN Rd Suite 201, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania 19422. The contact email (given at www.freespark.com) is JFulvio@freespark.com. I have a hunch it just might be an AKA for Mark W Kelly. Anyway, my mother contacted her phone company (Southwestern Bell) and informed them that these were fraudulent charges. She was given this number, 1-888-480-8724 to contact Tralee which she did on Dec 21. She was told I gave them authorization in November to bill on her phone number, which is a complete lie!!! How do these creeps get this info???

At any rate, she told them I have no authority to give any kind of permission for any kind of billing on her phone bill and to stop the billing immediately. I have also written and sent to both addresses (470 N Town Rd Suite 201 and 470 Norristown Rd Suite 201) telling them to stop the billing. We'll see what happens. It's getting really wierd out there folks. Beware!!!
