This is a rebuttle to the ex employee. First off there is no button at the botton of the letter to press to rebutt your letter.

We change our cricket plan right around Christmas time to the Cricket Unlimited plan at $44.90. I asked if our bill would be different in price and they figured out our old bill and the new bill and said it would be about a $5.00 difference. But nothing was said at all that we would lose any features or have to pay more for any features.
As for the rest I am tired of calling customer service all the time about problems that I am told are not their problem or that it is fixed. And then the next billing cycle it is the same thing. Your customer service is rude and unwilling to help their customers at all. As I can see you put that you are a "ex employee". I think that is the best job career move you could have made because if they treat their customers like this I would hate to be one of their employees!
