T-mobile misrepresentation, add-on services

I sent a complaint in two weeks ago, and heard nothing back from the company's customer service. I walked in to the phone store to get a cricket phone since my son's phone broke. They didn't have one, so the representative said he could get me the same features for the same price I was paying for cricket in a T-mobile phone. I expected the same features which are unlimited minutes (nights & weekends) voice mail and text messaging.

A friend of mine looked at my plan several weeks later and said there didn't seem to be text messaging on it.in calling customer service several times, they said they couldn't access my account since it was new.By the time I could get access, yes, indeed there was NO text messaging. This made me angry as I was promised the same features as my cricket phone. So the representative added the text messaging package for me. However, too late.
When I finally received my first bill from T-mobile, it was $423! ~! That's half my mortgage! That bill could pay 4 months of my cricket account! How is this good business? I asked for the same features. Didn't get it. And get charged up the wazoo for the mistake. I made a partial payment on my account of $190. It's all I have in my checking account.

I believe my only option is to cancel my T-mobile account due to this billing practice, but I will owe $600 on top of the remainder due since it's early termination. While I don't expect to get a resolution to this outrageous first bill with this company, I will at least get heard and get a response from other sources like the BBB, unlike T-mobile customer service. The only answer I got from the rep on the phone was when I asked if she could make a payment of $423, was no maam.

I would like them to credit my account for the text messaging charges, since their representative failed to add it on to my service which comes to $180 of the bill.
