Middle Road Cleaners ruined my mens suit and will not compensate for it

Went to Middle Road Cleaners to pick up my mens 2 piece suit and realized it was damaged from them pressing it. I imediately brought it to their attention. I was told that it should of been steamed clean and not pressed. That they would try to clean it again and get rid of wavey lines that was left from pressing machine.

When I returned to pick suit up again, I saw that it still had the lines in it. Once again I told them, and I was informed that it was the material and they did nothing wrong. But they would try once more to correct the problem.

Third time I go to pick up suit and still no progress. I was told that the owner will tell me that it is the material and they did nothing wrong.

I would think that since they have been in buisiness for 40 years that they should be able to tell if they can clean that suit material without damaging it. I bought that suit in to be cleaned for the first time. It was in perfect condition before they cleaned it. And now the suit is ruined and I feel they should make good on it. I spoke to the owner Nubar Karakahian, and he told me that he would do nothing. He didn't even have the decency to offer to compensate for the suit. This is no way to run a buisiness. And he should be ashamed of his self to act in such a rude manner.

I will be looking into taking him to small claims court if this matter cannot be resolved with any help you may provide me with.
