Carolina Cleaners
Did not clean suit, even after second attempt!

Right before my job interview, I gave Carolina Cleaners in Chapel Hill (near Falconbridge neighborhood) my suit. I picked it up and it was wrinkled and still smelly. It even had dust on it as if it had been dropped on the floor. The clerk claimed it had been cleaned and called the manager over after I raised a fuss. The manager was very rude and said that if I wanted the suit, I would have to pay the dry cleaning bill. Otherwise, he would send it back for another cleaning.

I came back again and the suit looked the same but smelled like air freshener over old funk. I ended up paying for the dry cleaning after telling them off. No service and horrible customer service. Very rude. And, the smaller local dry cleaning took the suit and their coupons and cleaned for less. They did a great job. I will never go to Carolina Cleaners again and tell my friends and family.
