Ruined Suit

3 pieces of a white 4 piece suit was sent to the cleaners to be cleaned. The suit came back spotty and very dengy compared to the 4th piece of the suit and how it looked before it was cleaned by the cleaners. After several attemps by the cleaners to clean the suit properly, it was still very dengy. I summitted a reimbursement request claim for the amount of the suit and for the cleaning for which I paid. After not hearing anything for a week or so, I made several trips to the cleaners to speak with the owner regarding the reimbursement and left numerous phone messages with the manager Mary for the owner (Brian Wardell) to return my calls. All trips and calls were made during the days and times Mary said he would be in. On each attempt, he was not in. As of today, (Nov. 30), I have not received any kind of correspondence from him.
