Ripoff! Potomac yards best buy store #493 has the worst customer service reps and managers!

This best buy at potomac yard have the worst customer service, theyre mean and unfriendly. I went there for a question about a camera and I stood idly by waiting my turn for the sales rep's assistance while he chatted with someone else.

It took 30 min for the sales rep to just acknowledge me and finally said, "Can I help you?" I told him I had some questions about a camera and he rudely commented in a loud, irritated tone, "YOU SEE ME TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE, I'M WORKING HERE, YOU CAN'T WAIT?!"

I was so shocked and caught off guard by his confrontational demeanor... All I could say at that moment was "You're the one who asked me if you could help me! I hadn't said a word to you, politely waited here for the past 30 minutes!"

He didn't even have any shame and pointed me to another rep. Who was also conversing with a customer for the past 30 minutes since I got there. Then he coldly turned his back on me. 1 Minute later, I saw him walking over to a manager who had overheard us and I saw both of them laugh and shake their head.

That's when I left. As much as I love electronics, I don't expect or am able to condone such rudeness and cruelity from people who's job is to receive and help you through your purchase. Potomac yards best buy on jeff. Davision hwy (va) has the worst customer service reps and managers!
