Worst customer service rep in the world - customer service

Kohls in Pembroke, MA has the worst Customer Service Rep by the name of Lori. I am too polite to describe her how I would like to. She is very rude and nasty, & she yells at the customer in this manner "Yah, what do you want?!!! And "I can't be bothered right now!"

The Managers are just as bad. Tori, Store Manager is nasty and rude. Ryan, the asst. Manager told me to leave the store. He was telling me where I could and could not shop in the store. This type of behavior towards a customer is totally unacceptable!

Marissa, another assistant mgr, sent me to Lori in Customer Service when I needed an adjustment done on my purchase. Lori refused, and when I told Marissa, she called Lori and they both laughed about it. One of the employees at the register was the only one kind enough to help me and do the adjustment. Their store motto is "YES WE CAN!" Well, it should be "NO WE WONT!"

Tom, another assistant mgr, followed me around the store everywhere I went! Even to the Ladies Room! Is this how Kohl's managers treat ALL their customers???

Word to the wise — DON'T SHOP IN KOHL'S ANYMORE!
