Windoor World
Does not honor warranty

We purchased our windows from Windoor World based out of Arlington, TX, in October. We are already experiencing problems with the windows. The warranty papers state that a service person from Windoor World is suppose to come to our home to assess the defect. A Rhett Williams from the home office called me and was very ugly in the way he talked to me, he informed me that he was not sending anyone to my home for a bogus claim. (I don't condsider sealant leaking from windows bogus). I had to call the manufacturer on this claim, (they are taking care of the problem) I doubt they will allow Windoor World to handle their product line again.

Also, my parents bought a door from this same company, they received the same service faulty installation (the installer was from Windoor World).

Don't buy from Windoor World, all they want is your money. They don't care about customer safisfaction.
