Dishonest billing lying ripoff

Our house was vandalized and our master bedroom window was busted out completely. I call Windoor world and Josh comes out to measure it. The est. Was $500.00 dollars for install and window replacement. The guys knew I was in a desperate situation because my wife was 4 1/2 months pregnate, and with all the rain and weather changes I REALLY wanted to just get in installed and done. Turns out I could have purchased it for 1/2 the price at many other places in the phone book (Which I was at fault for for not doing my research I guess).

After promising to install our partical boards that I screwed into the space where the window goes, in only 2 weeks; it takes them over 17 WEEKS! I called the main office and spoke to so many different people, and I got every excuse in the book; "It's on back order", "It's and odd measurement so it takes longer to cut" (it's not at all), "We lost it in the system", even "We have not made it yet".

Well they installed it months later, and it only took me a few beers and allot of yelling for them to finally do it. The guy comes to install it and says, "How long did you wait for this window?" I told him months, and apparently this is an everyday thing. He said and I QUOTE "They are a bunch of lairs and they have been telling allot of people the same story you got".

What REALLY ticks me off is:
A) My wife was due to give birth any day and they knew this.
B) It was raining a lot for those months.
C) My wife was getting sick, and that didn't phase them.
D) The house was already robbed once, and for months this was a security threat. I had to invest in Motion detection ADT for this room which doesn't work unless nobody's home.
E) All they want is your money, they do NOT give a $#%& bout you.

If I was on fire in the street screaming for help, these guys wouldn't even piss on me to put out the fire.
