Ripoff buyer beware!

Hired Window World to install 22 windows. Window World hired Philip AKA Sam McCray, sub-contractor to install windows. 3 out of 22 windows are in working order. Snagged my carpet while installing and then lied about it.

Had rep from company come out to look at windows and was informed they were installed incorrectly and poor workmanship! Part Owner Joseph Grasky Has ignored our complaints. Seems once he got our money customer service was no longer a priority. Buyers please spend the extra time to fully investigate these people before hiring them for a job. They have complaints filed against them with the Better Buisness Bureau. Should have checked that first!
