Windows Poorly Installed, Warranty Promises Not Honored

Original sold windows and told they would reduce my electric use, did not happen. Told they came with a no questions ask warranty, did not happen. Told they would remove my old windows so they could be reused, did not happen. Sold an extra warranty that would replace windows for any reason, did not happen. Windows were poorly installed and when I complained it fell on deaf ears. When someone finally showed up they charged me to adjust 3 of the windows and got caulk on curtains ruining them. I have had problems with the windows closing, opening and fogging. I tried to talk to the corporate people who did nothing. This company, product and people are the poorest excuse of a company. I don't understand with the amount of complaints I'm seeing on the internet why the AG is not going after them. I would steer as far away from their smooth talking snake oil salesman as possible.
