Bad Windows

In December of 1999 I bought 3 windows from Bee Windows in Indianapolis $446.00 a window —with a lifetime guarantee. A couple years ago I noticed that one of the windows was milkey when you look through it. I have called, written e-mailed and finally was notified that if they out the look it there would be a $75.00 trip fee and a $50.00 labor fee and that if I wanted to bring it up there would be a $40.00 glazing fee—I have tried to call to see if I brought it up—which means I would have to leave the window open to the elements—could they fix so that I could bring back with me—all of that was 1 yr ago. This year another window has lost it's seal and I have been trying to get an answer. Call their toll free # —if you want to buy something you can get right through but if you have a warranty issue—they will call you back with in 2 days—I gave them my cell phone # and someone called and let it ring 2 times and when I call back —another 2 days. It's obvious they are not interested in taking care of a problem and I suspect they will continue to make things difficult enough that I will give up—They don't know this but I have done the rest of the house with Window World and have had 1 bad window and they have already replaced it free and Window world's windows are $189.95 a window. Would like it on record that Bee Window has little interest in taking care of a customer's problem
