Overnight Package Worth $500 Never Delivered and Rude Staff

I had a package shipped overnight (total shipping charges approximately $70). On the first delivery attempt no one was home, and I found a slip. The slip said to call (no local number, 1-800-GOFEDEX) their office to pick it up. They said I could pick it up after 6 pm. Ten minutes after they closed, they would not let me get my package and were extremely unprofessional (using curse words to make me leave the property). Not only that, they gave me a wrong address (it was not even close), and the road they said it was on did not even exist. They sent me 15 minutes in the wrong direction, and they treated me terribly.

The next day I went to pick up my package (worth over $500, which I still do not have), and the lady I spoke with said they tried to redeliver at 1:10 pm. That was a big lie. I was outside smoking a cigarette at 1:10 pm waiting for the truck so I could sign for it. There was no slip left at my door.

Do not trust your valuables with FedEx. There is no guarantee that it will get there, especially since the other party paid over $60 to have my items shipped overnight, and they still have not delivered them. I find this extremely unprofessional, and this problem should be addressed as soon as possible. I will never use FedEx again. Their customer support is a joke, their service is horrible, and they cannot even fill out a simple door slip form!
