Stole my Deposit, No Customer Service, Keeps me on Hold, Dallas

18004APHONE took $85 deposit from me and said that they turned on my phone on January 20th. I called customer service and they said, unplug your phone for 15 minutes then plug it back in, if that doesn't work, go outside and check the gray box!

Now, they're trying to charge me 30 bucks in a week or so! Ha ha.

The people sound like they're not even from America! There is basically no customer service. I have sat on hold from my cell phone for over 2 hours so far. I thought that this was a legitimate company because I picked up their brochure at ACE Check Cashing!!!

I should have thought to check usacomplaints.com First! I knew better.

Now it's been over a month, they won't talk to me, they won't turn my phone on and they won't give my money back.

I have a couple of friends who are attorneys and we are beginning the process of trying to get rid of these sheisters.

I wanted to take the cheap route and I got RIPPED OFF!!!

Does anyone know the REAL Address to this company? If so, please let me know.
