Still waiting for refund Dallas nationwide

On June 26 I applied for service with 18004aphone, I had to go to a location to pay a fee for service with them of 98.51, I was told to call them back when I had did this and to give them the authorization code.

Three days later no phone no telephone number given, I was told to call back the next day for my home telephone number I did. After a week and no phone I was told that they didnt know why I still didnt have service but I would have it on by July 5, my service was to be on between 1 to 3 business days of the week of June 26.

I called and talk to a Mr Davis who was one of the managers and he stated that the company would issue me a refund 4 to 6 weeks. Today is August 1, I called customer service and now they had to resubmit it and it will be another 4 to 6 weeks. I still have my orignal receipt of the 98.51 they wanted to know if I paid with a credit card. I told them no that I paid with cash. I am very upset because they actually just stole my money no refund no telephone.
