Ripoff

I called on January 21st to get my service connected with accutel/18004aphone and they said that it would take 1-3 business days and so i said ok. The 25th came around and I called them back to tell them that my phone still was not on. I never got a call back untill I called back on the 27th and then they let me talk with a supervisor. He told me that it would be on that evening when i got off work. I went home and stil no phone. I called hime back at his "direct number" and did not get an answer. Here it is February 3rd and I still have no service. They tried to tell me to keep them and someone will be out on the 5th, I told them no i want my service canceled and they argued with me for an hour when all I wanted was my money back I said no cancel my service and give me my money. They sasid that after all this that the cannot give me my money back. I will never use these people again!!! 18004a phone sucks!!!
