Only One of Four Items Delivered, Refund Then Cancelled

I purchased 4 items on Nov 8th, and only 1 had been delivered before Xmas. After calling them almost 10 times, the last missing item was confirmed to be refunded on Feb. 10. Days after, when I called back to ask where my refund was, they said they just shipped it on that day and the refund was cancelled.
