I received a gift for Christmas that didn't fit. I went to a local Levi's location and returned it. I received store credit. Turns out, however, that this store is lacking their 513 cut... Period.

I contacted their customer service email to see if I could have my credit cancelled with the store and be given a promo code to use online or something like that. I was told no... I explained that what I want is available online but not in the stores whatsoever.

I was given the run-around by different departments..."Those decisions are made by corporate" "NO, those decisions are made by the store". No department will actually help, just to tell me there is nothing they can do or send me to another department who does the same. I really just don't get it.
