Online order not received and no reply from seller

Good day. I need help in tracking a parcel of mine that I bought online (stupid). I ordered this product on the 06/01. It is now 5 days and I have not received any confirmation or product. I do have proof of my payment and my order ID number. On my statement it shows HBS BUYHEALTH... So I have emailed and asked but it all is a dead end. I just want the stuff I ordered, that's all. If you could help me with any info on how to trace these people.
