Bad service after payment

Good day. I need help in tracking a parcel of mine i bought online (stupid). I ordered this product on the 06/01. Its now 5 days and have not received any conformation or product. I do have proof of my payment and i order ID number. On my statement it shows HBS BUYHEALTH... So i have emailed and asked but it all is a dead end. I just want my stuff i order thats all. If you could help me with any info on how to trace these people.
