Fraudulent selling, dishonest, ripoff, overcharging

On october 15th, i traded in my santa fe because they never fixed it correctly, I bought a chrysler town and country and when i went to get it, it was not in good condition. It looked like it came from a junk yard.

After arguing with one of the managers, they made me take the vehicle. I came back when mike winding was on duty and he then promised to fix and clean up the vehicle. After finally getting the vehicle on november 12th, the condition was still bad, and radio and cd player did not work, windshields wipers did not work and there were signs of transmissions problems, within forty six hours i spoke with mike winding and told him i did not want the vehicle.

I gave him a list of vehicles i was interested in and he paid no mind to it, he said he would give me a great car. I ended up with a suzuki wagon which he wrote on his office papers and he gave me for $12,000.

My sales contract states the car cost $18,000. He did not take the town and country as a return but said it was a trade in.
I lost thousands of dollars on these deals, and they will not speak or help me in any way.

I have called faxed and been there in person, now they will not even give me their name when i go there. I have pictures of the condtion of the original car purchase, and i have been in contact with several agencies. I tried to return the suzuki wagon within 24 hours but the financial service person would not help me. I am under tremendous stress and i just want to return this car.
