Liars!

I orderd a gift for my wife on sunday the 15th and I shipped it with 2 day express. Well I was out of town and when I got back on the 19th it had still not arrived. I have spent everyday since then on the phone with fed ex and all I got was it will come tomorrow it will come tomorrow. So I called today the 23rd and when I spoke to someone that actually does their job I found out that it lost its label and got shipped back to VS today. So if any of the 6 people I had talked to in the past few days would have done their job instead of just handing me a line of shit I could have went and picked it up from the sorting warehouse. Now the one thing that my wife really wanted will not be here so thanks a lot fedex because of the lazy employees you have it has messed my Christmas plans up. If anywhere I order from anymore uses fedex I will cancel my order right then and there. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any delivery service.in my book this is unacceptable to be this late and being lied to about everything for the past 5 days!!! I will never use fedex again ever.
