Horrible delivery service, need change freight suppliers - Ludlow Bed

I bought a bed from Guilt.com. On the Guilt order tracking system, my order supposed to delivery on 12/31 from 4:00-8:00pm. I double checked with fright company called Home direct in the moring on 12/31, they confirmed that they would deliver my bed at night. My husband and me waited at home whole night in new year eve. We even could not go out for new year dinner. However, the bed did not delivery on that night! We did not get our bed, we also missed our new year dinner! The freight company even lied to us when we complained to Guilt. They said that they tried to deliver at that night, but nobody at home. I could not believe Guilt are using a lier company for their shipping service. I will not buy from Guilt any more. If you don't want waste your time and face liers, don't buy from them until they change freight company
