Ripoff Double sold whole furniture set I paid cash for took 7 days for a same day delivery

I purchased a livingroom suit, dinette set, and bedroom suit from american freight furniture at the end of January this year. I paid cash for all three rooms of furniture and for same night delivery. Needless to say I didn't get my furniture that night.

I went there the next day after several unanswered phone calls to the management. When I got there I was told the main manager had resold all the furniture I had purchased the day before and would have to wit 15 days for what I had purchased. I told them I wanted my money back or to be able to pick out something else. They let me re-pick because I would have had to wait 30-60 days for their corp office to send me a check.

I got a living room suit that costed $100 more than the one I had origanlly picked but had to give up the bedroom suit in order to get the couches. SAme promise of same night delivery and once again no furniture. They came three days later with my couches and coffee table. I waited another week for my dinette set.

I should have reported them sooner but wasn't sure who to call or what to do. If you don't believe me stop in and ask the delivery drivers they will all tell you that they have a very bad habit of re-selling items that have all ready been purchased. If anyone reads this that can help all I want is my bedrrom suit that I paid for.
