CVS - low count pills very often!

I picked up medecines from Cvs today and found 20 pills short of the refill amount, instead of 100, i was given 80 pills!!! When i called Cvs and explained the situation to them the staff was rude and did not apologise for the mistake on their part, bad attitude is what i got, i am a senior citizen i have to take a bus and go all the way to CVS to collect the medecines which they short filled, they should have the courtesy to apologize and mail the medecines to me... This happens once too often!!! Its wrong and someone responsible in this branch should set things right!!!
