Delivery man left printer on porch of retirement village

I am a 73-year-old lady and had ordered a printer from HP. The FedEx delivery man left it on my porch. The front door was open and he saw me inside, but he left the box and went away. He also stuck a sticker on the front door screen. Nothing was checked.
This is a retirement village, and I do not appreciate that he left it there when he could have set it in the front door.
